The Government of Punjab, under the Services & General Administration Department, has established the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) through the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024. This autonomous body is designed to streamline and strengthen enforcement and regulatory activities across the province. As part of its expansion, PERA is now inviting applications from dynamic, competent, and dedicated professionals for the position of prosecutor on a contract basis for an initial period of two years, which may be extended based on satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB 5-year) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Possess at least 5 years of professional practice as an advocate.

The selected candidates will be hired under the SPPP-5 pay scale, along with other benefits as laid out in the PERA (Appointment & Conditions of Services for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2024.
