The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has announced a variety of posts across several government departments. Positions range from BS-16 to BS-20 and include teaching, technical, administrative, and veterinary roles.

🔷 1. Professor of Oncology (BS-20)

Department: Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education
Nature: Regular Basis
No. of Posts: 1 (Open Merit)
Age Limit:

• Male: 35 to 50 + 5 = 55 years

• Female: 35 to 50 + 8 = 58 years
  Posting: Across Punjab
  Eligibility:

• MBBS + FCPS/MS/FRCS/MRCP/MD or American Board certification in Oncology.

• If not available: MBBS with General Surgery/Medicine specialization + 3 years post-grad experience.

• 08 years teaching experience (3 as Associate Prof. + 5 as Assistant Prof.) OR 9 years as Assistant Prof.

• 5 research papers in standard medical journals.

🔷 2. Principal/Assistant Director (Training)/Safety Engineer (BS-17)

Department: Mines & Minerals (Inspectorate of Mines, Punjab)
Nature: Regular
Quota: 1 post reserved for Women
Age Limit:

• Male: 24 to 35 + 5 = 40 years

• Female: 24 to 35 + 8 = 43 years

  Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering

• 3 years practical experience in coal mines

• Only post-qualification experience is counted.

Nature: 5-Year Contract

  Eligibility:

• Graduate (2nd Division) from a recognized university

Syllabus:

🔷 4. Senior Veterinary Officer / Research Officer / Assistant Research Officer (BS-18)

Department: Livestock & Dairy Development
Posting: Livestock Production Research Institute, Bahadurnagar (Okara)

• Male: 25 to 35 + 5 = 40 years

• Female: 25 to 35 + 8 = 43 years
  Eligibility (any one):

• PhD in relevant veterinary fields + DVM / BSc (Hons) A.H + PVMC registration

• OR M.Phil/M.Sc. (Hons) + DVM + 3 years experience + PVMC registration

• OR DVM + 5 years experience + PVMC registration
